How to process to Manga(cheapie)

You ought to labor with your hands. Don't leave your own order to your PC.

Please excuse my old works, but .....
Capture your work with the scanner or digital camera(devices), and put the datum into your PC.
At this point, this work is huge size.
( ← left side : approx. 3 times bigger size than the product to show you now)
In a drawing application software of your PC(if you don't have that, obtain that please), clean the lines of the work up, remove unnecessary parts, and make a draft for your PC work.

Refine lines of the draft you drew, clearly, distinctly, vividly.
(for instance, the time being, put(redraw) black lines on the gray lines.
If your PC application software has a function of "layer", this operation goes more comfortable)
By and by, you may be able to find distortions of your work. You can revise the troubles, the sooner, the better.
( ← Left side figure has some troubles on the body, and right side figure has been revised, the breast, the groin, etc. → )

method of a tracing? [ P.S. ]
A method that you put a transparent layer on your work(rough draft) and trace that, is the recent technic.
(the color of the tracing lines with red(and so on) is better than black lines because black lines can confuse you. you can change the color of tracing lines easily on the palette after the operations)

by the way....
An illustration upside is just a metaphor.
(maybe you've known the fact, but....)
If you execute it exactly so, I can not be concerned with that case.

Paint out some suitable colors in the lines.

Next, make distinction between the brightness and the dark clear.
In a simple way(256-colors), on the whole, this degree is shown step by step(like contour lines, topographically).

And then, reduce this work to usual size.

Put another color( ← e.g. "green") on the background, and set to the color as a transparent-color.
When you execute this operation, unnecessary colors(some gray eyesores!) may come out around the figure.
You can remove them easily, paint the same color on the background and re-paint transparent-color ..... repeat this operation, you get to the best stage perhaps.

Direct drawing

a direct drawing An example above. Don't you think that "this work is not normal, isn't it?"
In fact, the work has been drawn with direct drawing in this size(500px - 200px, without the process of reduction sizing), and only 8-colors. This is an ancient method.
I guess, this is one of to be had better know for the ambition of drawing..... better than nothing .....

<----- You can draw confused work like this under environment of low-capacity.
But, that may be un-nice-looking slightly.

When you draw the figure rather large under the ancient drawing way, the lines you have drawn probably have any disturb things to be admired.

I guess, this way is a lost article of the 20 century.
But the aged, being called "has-been", can value this at the fond memories that every body have.

And, I don't know why, kinds of this make me remember the indecent video-games.
(please you don't say that, "is that caused by your attitude to drawing?". in rough, the girls surely were naked bodies but...)

But I'm sorry that, Large video monitors of today probably show the kinds of this roughly because these have been more honest.

Naturally, that is composed of plural pictures that are very similar to each other.
When you draw pictures like these, you should execute your work one after another from a side of wearing light clothes.
Because, peoples put clothes on the naked body.
The root of the arms & legs is not the clothes.
